PawMantle is operated by DFUN TRADING LTD ("we", "us"), 741 Egmont Ave, Coquitlam, British Columbia V3J 4J7, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or buy from pawmantle.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who make the store work:

Shopify — hosts our online store and processes order data
Payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal and similar) — handle payment and fraud screening
Our fulfilment partner and shipping carriers — receive your name and delivery address to ship your order
Meta Platforms — receives website activity through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API so we can measure and target advertising
Google — receives website analytics data
Our email platform — sends order and marketing emails

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure advertising. You can refuse cookies through your browser settings, though parts of the store may stop working correctly. You can opt out of personalised advertising through your Meta ad settings, your Google ad settings, or at optout.aboutads.info.

Marketing emails

If you opt in, we will send you occasional emails about products and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional emails about orders you have placed.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax, accounting and warranty purposes — generally seven years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's standard retention period.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to withdraw consent, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email hello@pawmantle.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act, and we will respond within the period required by your local law.

If you are in Canada, you may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may contact your local supervisory authority.

International transfers

Your information may be stored and processed in Canada, the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those where you live.

Children

Our store is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted, and the date at the top will change.
