Our promise

If your PawMantle blanket isn't right for your pet, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right — a replacement, a different size, or your money back.

How to start a return or exchange

Email hello@pawmantle.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. Photographs help us resolve things faster, particularly for damage or a manufacturing fault. We respond within one business day.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your blanket arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or isn't what you ordered, send us photographs within 30 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement or refund you in full. You do not need to send the original item back — please keep it, donate it to a local shelter, or dispose of it.

Wrong size or not the right fit

If the blanket isn't the right fit for the spot you had in mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send the size you need at no cost to you. You do not need to send the original back — keep it for another spot, or pass it to a local shelter.

If you would rather have your money back than an exchange, we will refund you in full instead. One free exchange per order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement. We will email you when the refund is processed.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Email us as soon as possible — once a parcel has left the warehouse it cannot be recalled, and the order falls under the terms above.

How the waterproof backing works

PawMantle blankets have a waterproof backing that stops liquid reaching the surface underneath — your sofa, mattress or car seat stays dry.

The fleece on top is absorbent by design. It soaks up spills and accidents and holds them until you lift the blanket and clean it, which is what keeps liquid from spreading. A wet top surface after an accident is the product working as intended, not a fault. Wash the blanket according to the care label and the backing is unaffected.
