This website is operated by DFUN TRADING LTD, trading as PawMantle. By visiting pawmantle.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

Using this store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to purchase from us. You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to copy, scrape or resell its content without our written permission.

Products, descriptions and images

We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may display differently on different screens, and stated dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly between production batches. PawMantle blankets have a waterproof backing; the fleece surface is absorbent by design, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Products are intended as bedding and surface protection for household pets. They are not chew toys, not a medical or therapeutic device, and should not be used unsupervised with a pet that destroys fabric. Supervise your pet, and stop using the product if it becomes torn.

We may change products, descriptions and prices at any time, and may limit or discontinue a product without notice.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes and duties unless stated otherwise. We try to keep pricing accurate, but if a product is listed at an incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even if the order has been confirmed.

By submitting an order you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and may cancel any order in whole or in part — for example where a product is out of stock, where we suspect fraud, or where the order appears to be for resale. If we cancel, we will refund you in full and tell you why.

Shipping and risk

Shipping timelines and responsibilities are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Reviews and submissions

If you send us reviews, photographs, comments or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business, including in advertising. You confirm the material is yours to give, that it does not infringe anyone's rights, and that it is not unlawful or abusive. We may edit or remove submissions at our discretion, and we are under no obligation to publish them.

Intellectual property

The PawMantle name, logo, product photography, text and site design belong to DFUN TRADING LTD and may not be used without our written permission.

Third-party links

Our store may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except where the law says otherwise, our products and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DFUN TRADING LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of this store or our products, including damage to property or injury to pets or people resulting from misuse. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify DFUN TRADING LTD against any claim arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always posted here, and your continued use of the store means you accept it.
